This Old Ale conjures up thoughts of classic sea fairing ports, there local pubs and the weathered fisherman that frequent them. In the traditional style Curmudgeon is brewed with an intense focus on the malt bill creating a very strong, rich, malty characteristic and a sweetness indicative of its cousin the barleywine. The balance in this beer makes it deceptively smooth and drinkable for the strength.
Domaine DuPage – French Style Ale (Two Brothers – Warrenville, IL) 5.9%
This French-style country ale is deep amber in color. With a toasty, sweet caramel start, it finishes with just enough hops to clean off the palate. Bon Appetite!

Dragon’s Milk is a 17th century term used to describe the strong beer usually reserved for royalty. This strong ale was aged in oak for over 120 days. The aging process extracts flavors from the wood, which contribute to its complex character. Hints of bourbon flavor perfectly compliment its roasted malts to produce a beer fit for a king.
Guinness Draught (Nitro) – Dry Stout (Ireland) 4.1%
An Irish tradition. This Irish dry stout is enjoyed all over the world and brewed in over 150 countries. A dark stout with roasted flavors and a malty character. Everyone loves a Guinness!
In-Heat Wheat – German-Style Hefeweizen (Flying Dog – Fredericksburg, MD) 4.7%
Brewed in the centuries old tradition of German beers, their brewers use more wheat and proprietary yeast to give it the unmistakable character of a flavorful, authentic Hefeweizen. Sawtooth – English-Style Extra Special Bitter (Nitro) (Lefthand – Longmont, CO) 5.3%
This ESB is extremely well balanced with significant hop character, a medium body and a maltiness which increases as the beer warms to its proper drinking temperature. The water used is quite hard, bringing it to near Burton on Trent levels, where the style originated in Europe. This gives it the appropriate character and improves the malt extract significant.
Smithwick’s – Irish Ale (Ireland) 4.5%
