Hi, I’m Justin or JT, but I get called Jason, TJ, and Mr. Walker, a lot, so I’ll probably answer to any of them. I own the bar, which means I am constantly running around doing a little bit of everything, so if you don’t see me just ask one of the employees and they will find me. In my spare time I love going to concerts, sporting events, and breweries and brewpubs. I am a fan of good food, good beer, good liquor, and good times! That is what we strive to provide you every day at JT Walker’s.

PHILLIP WILSON

Phillip was our first assistant brewer near the start of production at JT
Walker¹s Brewery. Over the years he has traveled around Europe and the
west and east coasts taking in all of their beer scenes to bring those
inspirations and styles back to central Illinois.

CORY GARCIA
Manager / Event Coordinator

Cory moved to Mahomet from Naples, Florida. She has been with JT Walkers since September 2013. Before that she has been bartending and managing at various different places for the last 14 years.
